How do I choose the right dress form size?
Choose a dress form size that matches your
measurements as closely as possible, or is slightly smaller. This usually makes
fitting and draping easier, especially when working with real garments. We also
recommend checking the back waist length, as it can affect the overall fit and
balance of the garment during construction.

What is the difference between Monica and Penelopedress forms?
Monica is a versatile soft tailor’s dress form
designed for everyday sewing, draping, and pattern development. Penelope is
specially designed for corsetry, lingerie, and garments that require a more
defined feminine shape. If you work with underwear, corsets, or close-fitting
silhouettes, Penelope is often the better choice.

Can I pin and steam directly on the dress form?
Yes. Our soft dress forms are designed for
professional sewing work, allowing you to pin directly into the surface and use
steam during fitting and shaping. This makes the form especially convenient for
draping, construction, and detailed garment work.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days
after payment is received. Delivery times depend on the destination country,
but all orders are shipped via DHL for fast and reliable delivery.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel at
every stage of delivery.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Is there a warranty on your dress forms?
Yes. Our dress forms come with a warranty covering the
torso base. This warranty applies to the structural integrity of the form under
normal use. Please note that the outer cover and stand are not covered, as they
are subject to natural wear during regular sewing work.
