Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to almost all countries worldwide via DHL Express courier service. Usually process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email update as soon as we arrange the shipment of your order, which will also include a tracking link.
Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can experience slowdowns and take several days.

How long does shipping by DHL take?
- Usually process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days upon receipt
- US / Canada: approx. 2-4 business days
- Europe / UK: approx. 3-5 business days
- Near East: approx. 5-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and SEA: approx. 5-15 business days
- Rest of the world: approx. 10-20 business days
Can I track my parcel?
Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track your shipment. If you don't receive any shipping confirmation, please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Custom taxes and import duties:
Any custom taxes or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please, note — we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
How does your return policy works?Return Rules:
- All returned items must be unused, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won't be eligible for a refund, and we will need to send them back to you.
- You will need to use an outer packaging to protect the goods
- If there is a manufacturing issue with the item, you are eligible for return and full refund.
How can I send my item back to you?You will take care of shipping your items back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer — we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How long do I need to wait to get my refund?
We usually take care of returns within 2 business days upon receipt, and you will receive an email update about it. We issue refunds through the same payment method you used for your order. PayPal refunds will appear immediately on your account. Bank card refunds may take up to 10 business days before showing up, due to varying processing times among payment providers.
Please, note that shipping costs are not refunded.
The final amount of delivery will be told by the manager after placing the order and will be added to the final cost of the purchase.
