How do I pay?

We would like to inform you that payments for our goods are now processed through PayPal – a secure and convenient payment system.

All transactions are carried out on PayPal's protected platform, ensuring the confidentiality of your payment details. Your financial and personal data are processed with high-level encryption and are not shared with our store.

If you have any questions, our managers will gladly assist you.

Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to almost all countries worldwide via DHL Express courier service. Usually process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email update as soon as we arrange the shipment of your order, which will also include a tracking link.
Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can experience slowdowns and take several days.

How long does shipping by DHL take?

    • Usually process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days upon receipt

    • US / Canada: approx. 2-4 business days

    • Europe / UK: approx. 3-5 business days

    • Near East: approx. 5-10 business days

    • Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and SEA: approx. 5-15 business days

    • Rest of the world: approx. 10-20 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

Can I track my parcel?

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track your shipment. If you don't receive any shipping confirmation, please, contact us at export_rdf@royaldressforms.com

Custom taxes and import duties:

Any custom taxes or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please, note  we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
