1 Can I pin and steam clothes directly on the mannequin?

Yes. Our mannequins are soft — you can pin
thousands of times at any angle. Steam is not a problem.

2 How long does the softpadding last? Won't it sag after six months?

We use dense polymer foam
(the same as in car seats). It does not sag or deform. The price includes a
2-year warranty on the padding.

3 How fast is delivery?

We ship within 1–3
business days. Delivery to the USA and Europe takes 3–7 business days via DHL
Express. You will receive a tracking number.

4 Do I have to pay customs duties for delivery to my country?

International orders may
be subject to customs duties or taxes. These costs are borne by the recipient.
