How to choose the right body type?
We offer 5 body types for size S:
Rectangle, Inverted Triangle, Hourglass, Pear, and Standard. Send us your
measurements — we'll help you choose the right model to order.

How is Monica different from Penelope?
Monica is a universal mannequin, covered in
100% cotton with embroidered balance lines — suitable for various fabrics and
any type of garment. Penelope is an ultra-soft lingerie mannequin with a biflex
cover, ideal for corsetry and underwear.

Monica is soft, ready to use immediately,
and features 5 body types for size S. You can buy it with confidence — it comes
with a 2-year warranty on the padding.

Can I pin and steam clothes directly on the mannequin?
Yes. Our mannequins are soft — you can pin
thousands of times at any angle. Steam is not a problem.

How long does the softpadding last? Won't it sag after six months?
We use dense polymer foam
(the same as in car seats). It does not sag or deform. The price includes a
2-year warranty on the padding.

How fast is delivery?
We ship within 1–3
business days. Delivery to the USA and Europe takes 3–7 business days via DHL
Express. You will receive a tracking number.

Do I have to pay customs duties for delivery to my country?
International orders may
be subject to customs duties or taxes. These costs are borne by the recipient.
